Cavalli Wheels was founded in 2023 with a clear mission: to create exceptional custom wheels that perfectly combine performance, design, and personality.

What drives us is our passion for cars and the desire to get the most out of every vehicle. Using state-of-the-art technology, meticulous craftsmanship, and a keen eye for detail, we manufacture wheels that not only look stunning but also perform under demanding conditions.
Our rims are made from high-quality 6061 T6 aluminum – a proven aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as the main alloying elements. It combines high strength, corrosion resistance, low weight, and excellent machinability. This is precisely why it is used in aviation, shipbuilding, and bicycle frames – wherever maximum strength must meet minimum weight.
According to our engineering department, Cavalli Wheels uses exclusively aerospace-grade 6061 T6 aluminum from Japan. The raw material is processed and then heat-treated in a proprietary eight-step forging and CNC precision process. The result: rims that impress not only with their design but also with their technical excellence.
